Frequently Asked Questions
What do I have to wear to class?
A simple shirt and jog/yoga pants are fine . Anything light and comfortable
How long is the class?
Most classes are either 45 minutes or an hour long.
What experience do I need?
No experience is necessary, our highly qualified staff are able to manage all fitness levels and experience in each class.
Are classes mixed?
Most classes are for both men and women unless specifically stated.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
If you have a yoga mat then please feel free to bring it but we have plenty of mats, straps and blocks for everyone.
Is 1:1 tuition available?
Or instructors are able to offer 1:1 tuition either at the studio or at home. Prices vary - please contact us if you are interested.
Is the instructor male or female?
Currently all our instructors are female.
Do we do ladies only classes?
Ladies-only classes are not currently on the timetable but if you and a group of friends would like to have one then please contact us.
What are the health benefits of coming to class?
Both Yoga and Pilates develop strength and flexibility which in turn aid posture and alignment , relieving back pain and promoting a sense of well being.
Is there an age restriction?
Participants need to be over 16 but we are currently developing a children's Pilates programme.
Do I have to pay for class up front?
No, all classes are Pay-As-You-Go
How often should I attend class?
Ideally you should come to class at least twice a week to see improvement and development.

We have our own studio in the Urban Sports Factory, Brownlow Mill , Bolton.
